El Dorado is known as Arkansas' Original Boomtown because of oil discoveries in the 1920's and in 1937. It has a beautiful
historic downtown, full of shops and restaurants. Find that special item you've been looking for at one of the local boutiques or stop in for a latte and pastry at one our wonderful bakeries on the Square.
Nearby Calion Lake and the Ouachita River provide world class fishing. Also not to far away is Lake Felsenthal, also well known for its fishing.
